Good intentions need good frameworks. I design compensation systems, career architectures, and organizational frameworks and workflows that align individual growth and performance with business outcomes — measurable and scalable.
I don't just conceptualize — I love to build. From AI-powered HR tools to data-driven compensation models, I write the code that turns People strategy and organizational requirements into production-ready, privacy-first tooling.
